Do I need a Brazilian bank account to use DreamPay?
No. DreamPay handles all the financial infrastructure in Brazil. You receive payments directly in your overseas bank account, in your local currency.
How long does integration take?
It depends on the solution chosen. Payment Link can be set up in under an hour. DreamPay API integration typically takes 1 to 5 development days, depending on the complexity of your system.
What are DreamPay's fees?
Our fees are based on transaction volume. Contact us for a customized proposal. We do not charge setup fees or fixed monthly fees.
How many installments can customers choose?
You define the maximum number of installments allowed, up to 12. The customer chooses between 1 and your configured maximum. The establishment always receives the full amount, regardless of the installment option chosen by the customer.
How does settlement work? How often do I receive?
Settlement is processed automatically according to the agreed schedule (typically D+2 to D+5 after payment confirmation). Amounts are transferred to your registered bank account in your local currency.
What currencies does DreamPay support?
Brazilian consumers always pay in BRL. DreamPay supports settlement in the major markets: EUR, USD, GBP, and others. Contact us to confirm support for your currency.
Is DreamPay regulated?
DreamPay has been operating as an international payment intermediary since 2020, with a market presence in Portugal, the United States, and France, and headquarters in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
Can I use DreamPay for physical and digital products?
